3. Dispatch & Delivery Time

  • Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.

  • Estimated delivery time is 3–7 business days, depending on your location.

  • Orders placed before 6 PM are prioritized for same-day dispatch whenever possible.

4. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, a tracking ID and link will be shared via SMS or email to help you monitor your shipment in real time.

5. Delays or Issues
Delivery delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances (weather, courier delays, etc.). We will keep you informed in such cases.

6. Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address, contact number, and pin code are entered correctly. We are not responsible for undelivered packages due to incorrect information.

7. Damaged or Missing Items
If your package arrives damaged or with missing items, please contact our support team within 24 hours of delivery with unboxing photos/videos.

8. In-Store Pickup (if applicable)
Customers may also choose to collect orders directly from our store. Please contact us to confirm availability before visiting.
